Lemon Dill Fish

3.5 oz. of white fish

4 tablespoons lemon juice

¼ water

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon fresh dill

1 clove garlic crushed and minced

1 tablespoon minced onion

Salt to taste

 

Sauté fish with lemon juice and vinegar.

Add garlic, onion, and fresh dill.

Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until fish is completely cooked.

Garnish with lemon wedges.

 

Makes 1 serving (1 protein) 

Spinach Chicken

3.5 oz. of chicken

3.5 oz of spinach

½ cup of water

¼ cup of chopped onions

Spices ( I like a little curry, garlic, cumin, and a little ginger with this)

Cut chicken into small pieces, pan fry, using a non-stick skillet, 1/2 cup of water, and 1 onion

Cook covered for 7minutes, until water is almost evaporated

Add spinach and once spinach is welted , place in dish.
